Which size and paper works best?
5.5" × 8.5" is the most economical size: two flyers per letter sheet, easy to hand out, fits in a purse or pocket. 8.5" × 11" is the standard for posting on notice boards, inserting in newspapers or including with orders. 4" × 6" works as a handout or a mailer, and 11" × 17" doubles as a small poster.
100lb gloss text is the default for promotional flyers: vibrant colour and a professional feel at the lowest cost. Choose matte if there is a lot of text to read, or 14pt card if the flyer will be displayed on a counter or needs to survive being handled repeatedly.
Flyers that actually get read
The best-performing flyers have one clear offer, one call to action and a reason to act now. - 300 dpi images and CMYK colour. Screenshots and web images will print blurry.
- Keep important text 1/8" or more from the edge.
- For folded flyers, ask us for a fold template so panels line up.
- Export as PDF with fonts embedded. We accept AI, INDD, PSD, Canva PDF and high-res JPG too.

Do you deliver flyers or distribute them?
We print and can deliver locally or ship. We do not distribute door-to-door, but we can print in EDDM-compatible sizes for USPS Every Door Direct Mail and advise on the setup.
Can you fold the flyers?
Yes. Half-fold, tri-fold and Z-fold are available on text-weight stocks. Card stock is scored before folding so it does not crack.
Will you check my file before printing?
Yes. Every job is checked for resolution, bleed and colour mode, and you receive a proof to approve before we print.
